At CloseSimple, we help Title & Escrow companies provide an elevated experience throughout the life of a Real Estate transaction. We build the software and systems that power the most efficient closing companies in America, connecting Buyers, Sellers, Realtors, Lenders and Attorneys to ensure everyone stays in the loop and on the same page.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospects
- Manage outbound sequences & drip campaigns
- Manage prospects through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, qualifying, following up, and tracking leads to close
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
- Attend conferences and tradeshows to build relationships and generate leads (10% travel)
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B software sales (including extensive cold calling)
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable converting cold conversations into new opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- A desire to work in a fast-paced environment
